šŸ˜ Finally: a database with ALL EU funding opportunities for CDR šŸ˜

šŸ’„ Carbon Gap strikes again: this time, they have developed an open-source, searchable database of all 620 funding opportunities for CDR startups in Europe.

āœ… You can filter using a range of tags, from geography, to method, to TRL, and much more. Did you know that - as of today - there are 27 open funding streams in the EU?

šŸ¤Æ I am SO glad to see this being launched. One of the biggest challenges startups in Europe face is decrypting the incredibly complex and often bureaucratic funding landscape (been there myself in a previous life as a tech entrepreneur).

šŸ’» Now we can count on a single database maintained by the leading CDR NGO in Europe.

šŸ‘ Well done Carbon Gap and especially Eloisa Viloria, Francesca Battersby, Alexis Dunand, and Lydia Loopesko for the incredible work on this.

Up next, letā€™s deal with two systemic issues:

1ļøāƒ£ Increasing overall funding for CDR in the EU

2ļøāƒ£ Tackling the systemic bias for CCS based CDR in said funding
