🤔 This is actually one of the hardest questions we have to answer at CDRjobs and we would love to open up our hashtag#methodology for feedback from the ecosystem.
Our current approach is to develop a matrix with two criteria
➡ X-axis - Role Focus: does the job actively involve CDR, support it, or barely involve it?
➡ Y-axis - Company Focus: is carbon removal the company’s primary mission, an important component, or only tangential?
This leaves us with nine potential options for each job (see graphic for examples). We include:
✅ Every job from a company whose primary mission is CDR
✅ Every job primarily focused on CDR
✅ Every job with a partial focus on CDR
🔎 Why is this important? At CDRjobs we want to provide useful insights and analysis on the growth of the CDR industry. This all starts from knowing exactly what is in vs out.
