🔦 How can we really ensure traceability in carbon dioxide removal?

🔴 This is not an abstract question. Things go wrong: reversals, non delivery, even fraud. 

👮‍♀️ We need to be able to trace the stored carbon from its very source to its final site, including clear legal and liability mechanisms to hold the responsible actors accountable.
