๐ Insights on salaries seem to be top of mind for job seekers and employers alike. We at CDRjobs have crunched the numbers for you, drawing on hundreds of jobs in our database.
Here are the key findings for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union, which together account for 77% (509 jobs, 128 with salary data) of all jobs in CDR today:
๐บ๐ธ The United States are clearly leading the way, with a median salary of $110k-$150k.
๐ฌ๐ง The United Kingdom follows suit with a median salary of $108k-$146k
๐ช๐บ The European Union is considerably less competitive, even when adjusted for purchasing power, with a median salary of $87k-$113k (๐จ๐ญ not part of this)
๐จ๐ฆ Finally, Canada has by far the lowest median salary at $59k-$82k
๐ตโโ๏ธ This is just the top level. The CDRjobs database has significantly more detail than this and we look forward to sharing it with you all in the future (by job type, seniority, technology, etc.).
๐ We are also looking at crowdsourcing thousands of data points soon to provide a holistic picture to job seekers negotiating their salary, as well as employers trying to benchmark their jobs. Watch this space.
