🧰 Today, Cascade Climate released their groundbreaking toolkit, “Foundations for Carbon Dioxide Removal Quantification in Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) Deployments” which will no doubt be a valuable resource for those of you keen to set out to learn about hashtag#ERW.
🧑🔬 It distills today’s best available science and considerations for quantifying each component of ERW carbon and cation fluxes. It sets out to ensure a common core of quantification rigour as the community pursues deployment-driven learning about hashtag#ERW.
💚 This is truly a labour of love and the culmination of an intensive community process over a year, involving 50+ academic scientists, 20+ ERW project developers/other market actors, and a range of civil society organisations.
