š¬ In November, the wonderful Eve Tamme and I decided to team up to deliver timely, in-depth, punchy coverage of key policy development in CDR. The CDR Policy Scoop was born.
š± We were having these chats with each other anyway, so we decided to just let you all tune in via livestream here on LinkedIn. Clearly, we were onto something: our first five Lives reached over 12,000 people.
šļø So in January, we decided to turn these conversations into a podcast. Within just six months, weāve had over 5,000 downloads.
š§ Now with over 20 episodes, weāve covered a wide range of topics and featured some incredible guests along the way. Here are the three most popular episodes so far:
1ļøā£ We hosted a first-of-its-kind debate, the SHOWDOWN: Biochar vs Direct Air Capture featuring Martin Freimüller.
2ļøā£ A guest so good weāve already had him twice. Robert Hƶglund returned to chat to us about SBTI: Step forward or missed opportunity?
3ļøā£ Amidst all the craziness and uncertainty with DOGE, we sat down with the one and only Noah Deich to ask: CDR at DoE is dead ā or is it?
š£ Huge shout out to Ben Weaver-Hincks and Helen Lundebye for all the hard work in the background to make the CDR Policy Scoop the high-quality product it is.
š And thanks to all our listeners, guests, and supporters. If youāre passionate about CDR, whether youāre a policy aficionado, or just looking to learn more about this carbon removal stuff ā give us a listen and let us know what you think.
