🤑 What do CDR buyers really think?

🔒 At pretty much every CDR event, we all agree on one thing: we need more buyers. But the harder (and more interesting) question is what will actually unlock that demand?
💬 That’s exactly what we set out to explore in a special episode of the CDR Policy Scoop, recorded live at Carbon Unbound Europe in London back in October.
💱 Together with my co-host Eve Tamme , we had the chance to sit down - in person - with buyers to find out how they see the current CDR policy and market landscape.
🏛️ We talked candidly about what’s working, where the real friction points are, and crucially, what buyers want (and need) from policymakers if carbon removal markets are going to scale with integrity. No theory, no hype, just practical perspectives from people actively shaping demand.
🎧 Guests in this special episode:
Robert Höglund, Head of Climate Strategy & CDR at the Milkywire Climate Transformation Fund
Lamé Verre, MBA, FEI, Director, Net Zero, The Crown Estate
Chris Minter, Head of Supply Chain Sustainability, Zurich Insurance Group
Adina Braha-Honciuc (Ellis), Environmental Sustainability Policy Director, Schneider Electric
👉 So if you’re a CDR buyer - or curious about becoming a potential buyer - be sure to check it out and learn first hand from your peers about what motivates them to step in and shape demand for carbon removal.

💚 A huge thank you to our guests for their openness and thoughtful insights and a shoutout to the Carbon Unbound team for making it possible to record these interviews on site in London.
👂 Look forward to finding out what you all think of this special episode.
